Return and Refund Policy

Returning an Item

Please contact us before any returns to obtain resolution and/or return address.

If you're not completely satisfied with an item and it is unused and the component has been unfitted you can return it to us within 30 days for a refund or replacement.  Items over 30 days, please contact us for more information.

Getting Your Parcel Ready For Return

1. Put your unused item back in its original manufacturer's branded packaging.
2. Place a copy of the invoice or order confirmation with a note explaining the reason to return, and if you would like a refund or replacement.

United Kingdom:

You can return your item(s) to us, via your local Post Office, Evri, UPS or DPD.
All returns must be supplied with a tracking number or other proof of return via whatever courier you are using. 

Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If the item is being returned as a result of our error (eg damaged, defective, wrong item sent etc) we will refund Standard Parcel postage costs.
 

Rest Of The World:

So we are not charged for customs when the return arrives in the UK, please mark the outside of the package with 'RETURNED GOODS FAILED SALE'
